However, some study shows that the skeletons that were excavated from this area probably belong to native Egyptian agricultural workers who devoted their lives to move those giant stones that each one of them weighs more than 03 tons. Those workmen used a piece of metal and an axe to strike the stone dividing it into many sections, so they could carry them. Lastly, the Great Sphinx, The guardian statue that was carved in limestone having the head of a man and the body of a loin that was built inside Khafre Pyramid complex. It measures 240 feet in length and 66 feet in height. The word “Sphinx” is a Greek word that means the picture of life in the ancient world. The Idea of combining the head of a man and the body of a loin symbolizes the combination of a loin’s strength and the intelligence of a king. The Sphinx severed as a spiritual guardian of the pyramids.
