Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are seemingly having a wonderful summer. Swift attended Kelce’s Super Bowl win in February 2024, and he’s now making arrangements to see her as often as he can while she continues performing in “The Eras Tour” across Europe. A new report suggests Swift is staying in a $4 million cottage — and Kelce will likely join her.

Taylor Swift spares no expense when it comes to “The Eras Tour” and her relationship with Travis Kelce. Recent reports suggest her European leg of the tour costs $30 million in security alone — and she makes millions of dollars with each three-hour show. With this in mind, it makes sense that Swift chose to stay in a storybook Cotswolds cottage costing her over $4 million while she tours the UK. The cottage is near David and Victoria Beckham’s home.

“Taylor has booked the cottage while she is over in the UK,” a source told The Sun. “She wants a place to unwind away from the tour, and the countryside is her happy place. Taylor loves dressing up in sequins on stage but is most at home in muddy boots in the fresh air.”

The insider added that Kelce plans to join Swift at the cottage. It’s unclear how much time Kelce has spent in the UK, but Taylor has an extensive past there. She dated British actor Joe Alwyn for six years and reportedly bought a $12 million mansion in North London in 2023.

“It is no secret that Taylor loves London, and she has been looking for a base in the capital for a long time,” an insider told The Sun following her mansion purchase. “She loves the culture and vibe of the city and is particularly at home in North London, so this estate makes perfect sense.”

Travis Kelce now allegedly has this sweet cottage to stay in with Taylor Swift while Swift tours through the UK. An insider told Us Weekly that the tight end plans on flying “back and forth from the US to Europe” as much as possible during the European leg of “The Eras Tour” while he can.

“He wants to support her as much as he can while he can, so he’s going to [go] back and forth from the U.S. to Europe while he has the time,” the source stated, noting that Swift and Kelce were having a “wonderful time in Europe so far.”

Come September, Kelce won’t have as much free time. The Kansas City Chiefs’ first game against the Baltimore Ravens is on Sept. 5, 2024.

Is an engagement imminent?

Unfortunately, fans may have to wait before Kelce gets down on one knee. Recent reports suggest Kelce doesn’t feel ready to commit to Swift after only a year of dating.

“Travis has no plans on proposing to Taylor anytime soon,” an insider told Us Weekly. “It’s not even on his radar. Marriage is something he takes very seriously and not something he would ever just jump into without giving it some careful consideration.”

In January 2024, another insider echoed the same sentiment. “Travis and Taylor have no plans on getting engaged this summer,” the other source noted. “Things between them are going amazing, but they haven’t even been together for a year yet and still have so much to learn about each other.”
