Position battles to watch at Dolphins training camp – Miami Dolphins News 7/18/24

Rookies have reported for Miami Dolphins training camp with the veterans reporting next week. There will be plenty of new faces vying for a roster spot over the next month and there will be plenty of position battles to watch. The Dolphins have two veteran newcomers at safety in Jordan Poyer and Marcus Maye. Only one of them will be starting as Jevon Holland is already slotted in as a key starter. A battle that may not seem that important could be the backup quarterback spot. Last season, the Dolphins ran with Mike White and Skylar Thompson, but will they carry three quarterbacks again?
