Micah Parsons among 6 with minor injuries
It’s that time of year again. Big-time injuries that threaten or ruin a player’s season are the norm. It’s the tragic side of the necessary prep season for NFL players, having a campaign robbed from you before it even gets started. The Dallas Cowboys felt that last week when they lost DE Sam Williams to an ACL tear, wiping out the season for the third-year Ole Miss product.
There’s another side of the injury world when it comes to training camp, such as nagging ones the team hopes will clear up without too much time away. Rookie WR Ryan Flournoy has been the face of that so far through camp, missing several days as his knee barks at him. The Dallas Cowboys are feeling that part on Friday of Week 2 as well. Smaller injuries that come from the grind of everyday practices tend to pop up. On Friday, the Cowboys have six concerns that have knocked players out of recent practices or Friday’s that folks just need to keep an eye on at this point. They are as follows.
