After going undrafted during the 2015Ā NFL Draft,Ā Miami DolphinsĀ running back Raheem Mostert defied odds by tying Christian McCaffrey with a league-best 21 total touchdowns in his ninth NFL season.Ā Despite being ranked No. 60 in the NFLās Top 100 playersĀ after logging a career-high 1,012 rushing yards on 209 rushing attempts, Mostert maintains an edge 10 years into his professional career.
āIām always going to be underrated, no matter what,āĀ Mostert said on Friday.Ā āIām an underrated, under the radar type of guy, thatās fine with me. When I do the things that I do and compete and show people that Iām worth something, Iām worth a damn, then thatās when all the haters, theyāre usually quiet.
āI like that, I feed off of that type of stuff and I donāt listen to what everybody else has to say. Iām just going to go out here, help this team win and Iām going to do what I have to do.ā

This was Mostertās first appearance on the NFLās Top 100 list. McCaffrey ( No. 3) and Derrick Henry (49) wereĀ the only running backs voted higherĀ than the 2023 NFL rushing touchdowns leader.
āI was a little distraught because I thought I was going to be a little lower, but honestly it just gives me more motivation to work even harder,ā Mostert said. āI did what I did last year, but now it’s time to move on.
āItās year 2024 and I got bigger and better things that I want to get accomplished, and also, I want to help this team as much as I possibly can because itās going to be nice to have a championship down here in South Florida.ā
