The Kansas City Chiefs have some new hardware to show us.
Back in February, the team collected its second straight NFL championship with a thrilling 25-22 overtime victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
So on Thursday evening, the teamās players, coaches, executives and families gather to collect their brand-new Super Bowl rings in a private ceremony that will be the teamās final chance to celebrate its thrilling victory before it takes a summer break. Then in mid-July, it will be back to business for training camp at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph.
The social media team continued to tease the event
The event is at Kansas Cityās Nelson-Atkins Museum
Our Pete Sweeney is there

Chiefs players arrive
Felix Anudike-Uzomah is in the house
Can the Chiefs keep all of their secrets?
There is what appears to be an obvious North Korean drone cruising the red carpet at the Chiefs ring ceremony seeing advance intelligence on all our advance championship ring technologies. pic.twitter.com/6DcabWGgS5
