The Dallas Cowboys have a physical force in their front seven, and they need to do whatever it takes to make sure he stays in Arlington for years to come.
They recently picked up Micah Parsonsā fifth-year option.
And while that shouldāve been a no-brainer, the recent rumors about him rubbing people the wrong way in Arlington made some think they could be leaning towards letting him walk.
Parsons is one of the most talented and impactful defensive players in the game, and heās putting in a lot of work to get better and even stronger.
That was evident in a clip shared by Bleacher Report on Twitter, in which heās spotted battling a sumo wrestler during his trip to Japan.

Parsons couldnāt hold his own in their first encounter, but he actually beat the sumo wrestler on his second try, talking some trash and having some fun on his vacation.
Of course, that also speaks volumes about his physicality and strong legs, and Cowboys fans should be thrilled to know that heās just getting stronger.
Parsons has left plenty to be desired in big moments and in the biggest games of his career, and thatās also something heāll have to work on going forward.
Also, he has done more talking than the average young player ā or NFL player, for that matter ā and perhaps shouldnāt have said some things about his team.
Even so, the physical and athletic tools are most definitely there, so if the Cowboys need to deal with another person with a platfor
